Board
Stichting SOLAR is governed by three volunteers: a chair, a secretary and a treasurer. The board is unpaid: board members receive no payment for their work and can only be reimbursed for expenses they have actually incurred.

Runs the board's secretariat.

Treasurer
Keeps the accounts and sends the board the balance sheet and the statement of income and expenditure every year.
